We eat a lot of pizza, so we know what tastes good!
Our pizzas are made from scratch!
We leave our dough to rise slowly meaning the crusts taste so good you could eat them on their own! Each pizza is cooked in our mobile wood-fired oven, reaching temperatures around 500c
We make our own sauces and pestos using local ingredients wherever possible. We cook these low and slow to intensify the flavour.
We use local charcuterie and cheeses, and wherever possible seasonal veg that is as proud to be Norfolk as us.
We can put pretty much anything on a pizza, but here are some of our favourites:
The Classic: Tomato base, mozzarella, fresh basil, basil oil.
The Pulled Pig: BBQ base, mozzarella, cajun-pulled pork, red onion, smoked cheddar, rocket.
The Nduja Like It: Tomato base, mozzarella, nduja (spicy sausage), mascarpone, chilli honey.
The Goaty: Tomato base, mozarella, sticky onions, crumbled goats cheese, rocket, pine nuts.
The Aphrocheesiac: Tomato base, mozzarella, brie, smoked cheddar, sticky onions!
